How do I order and pay?

First get a quote - either from our product or wishlist pages, or by emailing us with project requirements - hello@crowdmerch.com.au

Once you have a quote, reply to that email to confirm you'd like to proceed. We'll provide an invoice for payment, then prepare a proof image to approve before we move to production.

Do you manufacture custom shaped or tailored products?

Yes, we do!

You can see examples of custom moulded keychains and lapel pins in the Conference & Corporate case study above.

We can also custom tailor hoodies, polos, and other garments, but please note the minimum order quantity of 200 units.

Where is CrowdMerch based? How long have you been in business?

We are a national company delivering throughout Australia, NZ, PNG, Fiji and occasionally even US and EU.

Most of our manufacturing is in Melbourne, but we also supply direct from several other factories in NZ and Asia.

CrowdMerch is the custom branded merch arm of Replicat Pty Ltd (ACN 110 523 950), which was founded in 2004. Our instagram page contains 3000+ images and around 1000 project posts of Replicat and CrowdMerch projects manufactured since 2021.

Can you handle super urgent orders?

Our standard lead time for merch is 2 to 3 weeks from proof approval to dispatch.

If it's urgent, we can produce some custom branded drinkware, stationery, giftware in around 2 to 3 days.

Garments can be a little more difficult to produce quickly, but we do have a few stockists and decorators that can print tees, polos, hoodies and headwear within a week in emergencies.

Not all product lines on our site can be produced in under a week though, so if you have an urgent deadline, please email us at hello@crowdmerch.com.au with requirements and we'll respond immediately.
